Do not get confused from the current spate of AT&T U Verse advertisements.

- The land-line support conked out using the online sites and both were down for 10 times (remember, landlines are a 19th century engineering)
-I spent hours on-hold for all times - no exaggeration - without any benefits. I had been handed from Tech-Support to Customer Support, from "AT&T" to "U Verse" (occasionally these were individual businesses, occasionally exactly the same organization, based on who you had been speaking with).
