Bachorlette.com Charged for the items and never recieved. Justin (the only employee there that answers phones and records all voicemails and recordings) blames it on USPS losing package

I ordered items for a party from bachelorlette.com on the 9th paid for ground shipping which states 6 to 8 business days which is normal USPS time to deliver. Got an email saying product was shipped on the 10th and I would receive in 6 to8 business days. Also included in this email is a line that states if you think your product is late call us and pay extra shipping and we will have another package to you the next day. Which immediately threw red flags up. So on the 21'st which is the 8th business day and thats not counting saturdays (which usps delivers on saturdays) I still have not recieved. So I called and got a voice recording asking me to leave a message with my order number and they would email me back??? So I left a message. I did not recieve that email message. The next day I called and got another voice mail. The 23rd comes and no package has been recieved and no email either. I call again and get the same voice recording so I pressed 0 and Justin picks up the phone. (the same voice on the recordings) I express my problem to Justin and he ask if I have a PO box. I state that although I do have one but that was beside the point because I emailed it to my mailbox at my work place. He said that didn't matter if I had a po box in my name the post office would automatically think it would need to go there and therefore send it back to him and when it came back to him he would return it to me. I let him know that I'm not stupid that PO boxes do allow packages they just hold them at the front but the post men normally read the address on the box and send it there, im sure they were pretty too busy to find out if I had a PO box. So he said to go to my Post office that they are probably holding my package there. I said no they would deliver it to my address that I stated to deliver it too. He continued with the outrageous remarks and hung up. So I found this site and a couple of others where people were having the same problems. So please do not order from this company and if you have please call your bank or credit card company and dispute now (which is what i'm going through right now) Do not let this Justin guy receive anymore business! He is a scam artist!!
