I ordered one of my husband's favorite movies from this site.
The movie is almost impossible to find.
The order was placed on July 21. My credit card has been chraged.
I received an email confirmation of my order with an online order number.
To date, one month after I placed the order, the movie has not appeared.
Repeated emails to [email protected] and [email protected] have gone unanswered.
Sam McAbee is the name listed on the order form that can be printed out from the website. There is no phone number and only a post office box address.
The website FAQ says that orders will be sent USPS and that a tracking number can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. I did that and have yet to receive an email with the tracking number.
The FAQ also says to allow 7 - 10 business days for orders to be received.
It is now the 27th business day since I placed this order.
Don't order from this website. What a total rip-off!
