I placed an order with this company online on September 22.
Big mistake!
At first, everything seemed to be ok. I got an email telling me that my order shipped the next day (September 23). The email had my order number and said that my order should arrive in 3-6 business days. However, there was no UPS tracking number included.
After about 10 business days and still no order, I tried to look for a way to contact them from there websites... But they do not have a phone number listed anywhere! (If I had noticed that before I placed the order, I wouldn't have trusted them at all!)
There website does have a link to use a UPS tracking number to locate your order, but... WHAT GOOD IS THAT when they don't GIVE you a tracking number?!?!?! (Obviously, they can't give you a valid tracking number, because the aren't actually shipping out any product!)
It's now over 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard word one from them about my order... No reply emails... No phone calls... No order... Nothing!
Please! Please, please, please! Do NOT fall for the same fraudulent scam that I fell for... Do NOT buy/order ANYTHING from either ConsoleShop.com or ModChip.com (it's the same company!)
