This company states they are holding an event in Atlanta Georgia, then cancels the event. When we request a full refund they tell us they are processing it. A few weeks later and several calls and they cancel their email address, then they stop posting the event on their website. Then they continuously put you on stall with excuses that they can't refund your money fo 45 days.
I am a music business and have informed them that the clients I refered are now angry at us and think we are a part of some ripoff scheme with them.
We are getting a bad reputation because they refuse to send the refunds as promised. We feel the owner, Dwight Agnor is simply running a scam that gets hundreds or thousands of people unsuspecting new artist to give him money to use free to draw interest and when he is done using them to make an illegal profit, and then refunds it. If in fact we ever get our money back.
This organization has several bad reports as to how they rripped off another agency to get their business started. We can not get them to send out only two refund checks to clear our 30 plus year clean, honest and above board publishing company reputation. Now our company is getting a black mark because they refuse to do this simple settlement.
