I signed up for an event with this company and provided all the necessary documentation and deposit. My company was approved as a vendor and waited for the day of the event. After a time, the agency owner, Ann McCright, left me a message wanting additional information about my company for herself. My partner returned her call giving her the information she requested.
Her assistant continued to call for the same information. Both I and my partner returned the calls leaving the information on their voicemails as we couldn't get them on the phone.
Weeks before the event, Ann sent me an email (see a portion of it below). They decided no to let my company set up a booth providing travel services and offered to send back my deposit since the decision was theirs and not my company defaulting or not complying.

After many calls and email to Ann McCright and her Assistant Producer, Genivive, I still have not received the refund of my deposit. The last calls to Ann to check on the status were met with her hanging up the phone in my face. All emails sent to her go unanswered.
Per her own words, she was refunding the $200 deposit. Three years is an extremely long time to process a refund. Each time she has been provided a current mailing address.
It seems this company owner doesn't understand the concept of Integrity or simple Honesty.
I'm still looking to receive my refund.
