I ordered the Carol Burnett Series from Columbia House TV Greats. I love the videos, but the service from Columbia House has been so terrible, I am TRYING to contact Columbia House to cancel my subscription. Here's the problem...
The phone number for customer service can't be found anywhere... My invoice doesn't have a phone number listed, nor does the "Contacts" page on the internet!
The website has loads of information on how to join, but refers you to a useless web page, AFTER you stumble through the maze of pages to even get to that point. Every time I clicked on the link, I got a message stating the web page was "Unavailable".
Originally, I was trying to call and pay my bill via phone or online, but I was NEVER able to talk to anyone. I also wanted information on specific dates that they send the the videos because it seems as though I am ALWAYS sending them money, and I have only received 6 of the videos... I HAD QUESTIONS COLUMBIA HOUSE - now I just want out - IMMEDIATELY!!!
I even tried calling the phone number (found SOMEWHERE on the internet) pretending I wanted to join and I actually got to speak to someone who couldn't understand a word I said, but was able to quickly git rid of me by referring me to a "customer service" phone number - which no one EVER answered.
I finally sent a note in with my bill asking my subscription to be ended immediately... We'll see if it does any good!
I hope this will help future "customers" to think twice before joining this sad excuse for a company.
