Son decided not to go to the prom. Went to see about cancelling the tux and getting a refund back. Associate says that they do not give any refunds even though the event was still two and half weeks away. Business owner/daughter refused to give any payment back. But when I paid for it was not told anything about cancellation or refunds. Only required 50% down, but paid the whole amount. There is nothing on the receipt explaining refunds or cancellation. And I'm sure the tux is not ordered until the week before the event. So why can I not get a refund? Who does business that way. You have lost any future business from me and will be telling others about your business practices.
