I ordered newhart dvd collection on 10/12/07- my account was immediately debited for 129.99. One week later i received and e-mail saying my account would be credited back because the dvd collection was out of stock. I have not recieved a refund as of 12/7/07. I have e-mailed numerous times and i keep getting the same response -my account will be credited in 5 to 7 days. This company is a fraud. They are just giving me the run around. I am sure they are operating out of someones basment.
