Recently, I just discovered that I have been charged a monthly fee for a service that I didnot authorize called Entertainment Rewards. Apparently, when I purchased ticket on-line for a hocky game via ticketmaster.com, they automatically enrolled me in this service and began to debit my bank account $9 a month. Phone calls to the number listed with the company go unanswered, as do e-mails to the company's customer service department. I am currently filing dispute charges with my bank to refund my money as well as to end the service. I am extremely angry and disappointed with Ticket Master, and will never use their service again.
