I ordered a box set of movies on the 23 of december from movies with a smile on that day they were in stock when i orderd. 3days after i orderd to track my order. Well i find out my box set is out of stock and it would be arriveing this week.
So i keep checking everyday for a week and nothing so i email movies with a smile about my problem note that there is no phone number to contact them. Any way i email them and it takes 2-3 days for them to get back with me they tell me after i order it went out of stock and that they reorderd and it should be ariveing in 5 days so i wait 5days and nothing.
So i wait 3more days email them again they item still on backorder blah blah i was upset but understood this and waited another week finaly i email them again this time after 2 days they email back and this and only this Refund has been issued not it may take 2-3 bussiness to days to show on credit card statement
Its been like 6weeks since december 23 its been like 4 since refund was supposed to issued i didnt want a refund i never asked for one I wanted the movies but i said what the hey to myself its better then waiting forever for a package i havent recieved refund yet and im out 125 dollars
