Early this spring I purchased concert tickets through Ticketmaster.com.in June, a $9.00 charge from Entertainment Rewards appeard on the same credit card that I had used to make the ticket purchases. I never authorized any charges, nor did I ever receive any goods or services from Entertainment Rewards - all I purchased were tickets from Ticketmaster.com. I called Entertainment Rewards to dispute the charges. They told me that they could "cancel" my "subscription" but their company policy did not allow refunds. Even though I explained that I never authorized any purchases/charges from them, they insisted that they could not refund my money. They were also adamant that my purchase through Ticketmaster somehow authorized the charge. I insisted I had not, and that I had never received any product or service from them. I notified my credit card company, and they are investigating the case. I also notified Ticketmaster that this incident happened through the use of their website. Further, I notified the Better Business Bureau that serves the Troy, MI area.
