I noticed my bank statement had withdraws from an Entertainment Rewards? The phone number was listed on the statement and I called to find out what it could be.
Apparently when you purchase concert tickets on tickmater.com they automatically sign you up this wonderful monthly service... They take $9 a month from your account and don't tell you about it! In exchange you could go on line and print entertainment coupons... That is if you knew you had purchased them, or better yet if you even wanted them.
I request that the 4 months of $9 fees be refunded and my account be canceled since I hadn't used or wanted the service. I explained that I felt I was scammed.
Fat chance on the refund, they canceled my account and thanked me for my business.
I'll never use tickmaster.com again!
Never again tickmaster, and any band that sells ticket though them.
