I noticed my bank statement had withdrawals from Entertainment Rewards. The phone number was listed on the statement, and I called to find out what it could be.
Apparently when you purchase concert tickets on ticketmaster.com, they automatically sign you up for this wonderful monthly service. They take $9 a month from your account and do not tell you about it! In exchange, you could go online and print entertainment coupons. That is, if you knew you had purchased them, or better yet if you even wanted them.
I requested that the 4 months of $9 fees be refunded and my account be canceled since I had not used or wanted the service. I explained that I felt I was scammed. Fat chance on the refund. They canceled my account and thanked me for my business.
I will never use ticketmaster.com again! Never again Ticketmaster, and never any band that sells tickets through them.
