I found a charge on my bank account in the amount of $9.00 for entertainment rewards. The only reason I even found it was that I was about to close this bank account until I saw that I now had NSF charge. When I contacted Entertainment Rewards the customer service rep told me that I ordered it. I told him no I did not and that I saw the ad for the entertainment rewards but I clicked off Ticket Master once my ticket purchase was complete and ordered nothing. He was very nasty and basically told me it was my fault b/c I clicked something twice.
This practice is disgusting and since Ticketmaster allows this I am done with them.
