Entertainment Rewards in conjunction with TicketMaster are perpetrating a ripoff on all users of TicketMaster who purchase tickets on line. I purchased tickets to a show through TicketMaster and unbeknownkst to me they provided my credit card information to Entertainment Rewards, that without my approval enrolled me in their program at the cost of $9.00. The only reason I found out is because I check my credit card account on line on a daily basis and could not remember buying anything from this company. After calling my bank, they provided me with Entertainment Rewards phone number, it's after I talked to one of their customer representatives (who was based in India) that I found out that I had become a member of Entertainment Rewards. I demanded a full refund and they agreed. I will be checking my credit card account for a credit of $9.00.
What a ripoff. I will never buy anything else from TicketMaster I plan on writing to them to complain.
