I bought tickets for a Foster the People concert in Richmond, and the day of the concert, I had a family matter and couldn't attend the show. I found tickets about $40 cheaper on other websites, but chose StubHub because I liked the quality of you all. I spent $88 on a ticket that I could get for $30 and couldn't get a refund because of your ridiculous policy. I planned on buying about 10 more tickets from you guys in the next few months, but because of this, I will no longer be purchasing from this website. I also know plenty of people here in Richmond, VA who said they will no longer buy from StubHub because of the prices. I would seriously like a refund, it's not my choice to not go to the show.
