Confused - Concert tickets

I purchased two AC/DC concert tickets for my husband for Christmas. They were lost and, even though we still have our original reciept, valid ID and bank statements showing that we did purchase these tickets we are not able to obtain replacements or have anything set up via will call for the night of the event. Stub Hub says they can only try to contact the original seller for replacements. They have been trying to contact the seller for five days now and still nothing. Stub Hub refuses to cantact the local ticket office to try and get anything done, as far as being able to pick the tickets up at will call. I believe their receipt should show that we are now the legal holder of the tickets. Granted we should have kept better track of these tickets but, we should still be able to get something done to get replacements. They tell me unless the original purchaser contacts them we will just lose the money. If we can't get something resolved by tomorrow, i will never use stubhub and will not recommend anyone ever use stub hub again.
