I bought tickets for an Aerosmith concert that was indefinitely postponed and cannot get my money back. Stubhub argues that it has not technically been cancelled yet. This is ridiculous because I cannot drive the 200 miles back to Cincinnati if they do decide to reschedule. Stubhub refuses to help and misleads their customers to think they are buying from the company and not a 3rd party. Stay away from stubhub!
