Empire sold us a laminate floor that not only was installed poorly but later developed some kind of mold or staining throughout the floor. Customer service has been giving us the run around for months, sending five people so far to look at the floor, then refusing to return phone calls once it was determined by their specialist that the floor was defective. I will never use this company again and am making it my mission to let as many people as possible know how bad they are.
