We've been working with Empire since September about 2 planks of laminate floor that are buckled in the middle of my family room. They came out and checked for moisture and of course, that was not the problem. Three times we've had service people come out; first set said you have to replace have the flooring (total job was 700 sq ft). They left. No one responded, we called again. Another group comes out to change out the 2 boards but they had the wrong flooring, not even the right color or type. My husband gave them a sample, they said they would be back. Never heard from them. Called Empire again; they sent out another group who says half the floor has to be replaced. Checked with our Empire Service Rep who said the WO is closed. She is supposed to get us help but can't get her to respond in 2013. We want resolution to the problem whether Empire has to change out 2,20 or the whole floor. This floor has a warranty of 20 years or so.
