I applied to refinance my condo under the Affordability Act in 6/12. Since then, I have had one loan officer, a helper, 5 loan processors, and two managers. There are a few issues, the first being I had was the loan officers kept changing. I would follow up with each and they would politely blow me off until finally after 3.5 months, one processor said i had less then 24 hours to submit information I already submitted or they were pulling my loan. Of course, i flipped out because this came out of no where. The other processors, one quick and two went on disability did not save my information correctly and I had to resubmit information.
Finally, i spoke to the manager, they had to run all my information again and we I was suppose to close by 10/31. Yesterday, I received a call informing me I had to get and pay for an appraiser because the initial loan did not have 'Road' on the address and that I not only are we delayed, but I have to pay for it.
In this entire process, i did nothing wrong, i gave the information, my credit is okay, and i have NEVER missed a loan payment in over 10 years. But Bank of America keeps saying I have to pay more and more... For their mistakes.
