My loan was with BOA for over 6 years, as soon as I requested information on a loan modification due to hardship, BOA told me I would not qualify for a hardship and then only weeks later they sold my loan to Greentree servicing.
Now that the HARP 2.0 program has been implemented I am stuck because Greentree servicing does not offer loan refinances in Las Vegas NV.
Even though I put actual cash down on my home when I purchased it and have no PMI, or a second mortgage I am still at 215% LTV. Which means outside brokers that are participating in HARP 2.0 still have a LTV cap of 125% and cannot help with the refinance.
This is so frustrating!
