Poor customer service

I needed to replace the carpet in my conference room at work so I called Empire. From day one it is apparent that unless you have a huge amount of carpet to install the sales rep would continue to remind you that your project was not worth the time. Below is the last email between the sales rep and I.

Jeff, Will I be getting an invoice? Or does what I signed count as the invoice?
Mike, What you got is all you get.
For some idea you think that this $900 carpet project was a big deal.
We've sold & installed thousands of square feet of carpet in one project with far less visits & interactions.
I hope that the new carpet for the conference rooms works well for Copart.
