Chase is full of it... I applied for a modification and it was placed in the wrong dept. For over a year. I was denied after being hospitalized for over 6 months due to a complicated pregnancy where I was stuck in Miami, Fl. Was told because I was in Miami, I was denied because the addresss was not my primary resident. I think Chase is a criminal enterprise. Could someone please have these crooks thrown into prison for ripping off Americans. They are literally no different from white collar criminal. God is my witness.
