Chase needs to help their customers stay in their homes, especially the unemployed and elderly. PLease get in contact with me about my loan modification getting denied. We are very disappointed with Chase bank for how we have been treated. Chase is not trying hard enough, per their own employees, in helping people in danger of losing their homes.
