If you are considering a modular home, you would be very wise to steer clear of Wardcraft Homes.
The house was over a year late, there plumbing ducting and utility connections and service do not match the drawings.
They sent the wrong roof and paid us $1000 to finish it ourselves as they "just wanted to go home back to Colorado"
They loaded the two halves of the house backwards onto the trucks. The setting crew appeared as though they have never set a hoome before.
They tried to get a retainer from us so they could be sure we wold finish the house then didnt finish their scope at all.
In our opinion, we have never had such a poor experience with a construction vendor in 25 years and I would never ever considering using this poor quality
home buikder again.
Now that they have their check, they wont return a ohone call about any of the problems, errors and ommisions on their end. We found them arrogant, expensive, bullyish, but what do you expect when the current president took over daddy's business. Silver spoon ethics are apparently the exception to earning it the hard way... Actually working for it.
Our advice... Avoid Wardcraft Homes at all cost.
