Hired to complete more than 10K in flooring in my home. I had many problems with service and installation. First set of installers could not speak english, called office and was instructed to "text" foreman as he had an "app" that he could forward to installers and it would translate to spanish for them. Then they completed (took double the time as promised). They left all doorways unfinished with carpet and nails loose, and it took numerous calls (3 weeks) to finally have finished. A few months later my daughters knee was sliced open to the point of stitches and when conteacted them to fix, never even got so much as an apology and still not fixed. Last but not least the vinyl flooring has bubbles everywhere! I allowed the in my home 6 times to correct and each time getting worse. Spoke to the highest level of management several times (Henry Jaffe) or who he said was the highest. He stated they would only continue to come out and "try" to fix. I insisted that at this point they pull up and start over and the were just making cuts and puncture holes and it was getting worse. He stated they were not willing so I have not let them back in my home and have requested a full refund, of which he is also unwilling to do. (Another disappointment was after appointment, I was informed by friends that it was more than double the price as it should be so I called to cancel installation and manager got on and indicated YES it was higher than it needed to be and if I would continue he would reduce the coast as to what it should be (1/3 of the price!)
