In march i signed a contract with ppf homes to build a home for me after penn dot took my home for eminent domain. I was told it would be done by november of the same year. The house was not completed by november but the house was up, siding and roof on and all rough plumbing and eletrical was in. When spring arrived there was no work done on my home because i believe he was trying to bring a new business to open right next door to his construction office. Duram trading furniture store went out of business and opened as an indoor flea market. Bill oneil owns this same building. When bill oneil was questioned about why work had halted he blamed it on the electical company. After personally speaking with the eletrical company i was told that there was power to the home. Now it is jan 31 my construction loan is in default bill oneil is telling me to find another builder because he does not want to finish the home. The bank has ask for a simple time line as to how long it will take to finish the home and mr oneil will not fax it to them. He has told me it would take one month to finish. I spoke to other builders who tell me there is not enough money left in the construction loan to finish the job. I was promised appliances and three rooms of furnture from his furniture store which of course is no longer in business.in my opinion no on should hire this company for any reason.
