I contacted Empire Today just to obtain a comparison quote. My rep Anil Nayyar (RJ1) arrived within 5 minutes of the start of the time window. I knew exactly what I wanted so he measured the 1000 sq ft condo, gave me the pitch and a quote. This was a Friday afternoon. He said the job would be start/finish the next day, Saturday. The price was a tiny bit more than planned but I wasn't including carpet removal and furniture moving. I signed the contract, used their financing and the entire process took about 65 minutes. I called him the next day, after the job finished to thank him for being 100% accurate. It was a perfect job. I will review the work team next.
