I can't say enough about the quality of the work and experience of the carpeting and vinyl flooring we had installed by Sal's Empire Today team recently. The price was competitive, Sal's knowledge and suggestions for the right materials were dead on and the rooms where the flooring was installed look phenomenal.
The only thing I can say about Empire today that they could do better (nothing to do with Sal), is that when I called the 800 number to get a quote, no one was willing to discuss ballpark numbers over the phone and would only send someone out. I went to 2 other flooring companies instead and once I had an idea of what price point I was dealing with, I went out for a 3rd quote, from Empire, and decided to go with them mostly due to Sal's quick response to my call and his in-depth knowledge and flooring suggestions. He set up an immediate appointment for the estimate and when we were ready to install (we were doing painting and cleaning prior to the install), he came back within a few hours of our call and made sure everything we wanted was understood and in writing.
