We recently had a terrific experience with Empire Today, LLC, when shopping for carpet for our home in Yarmouth, MA. We initially met with another carpet supplier and were disturbed at the lack of professionalism (i.E. Poorly dressed, refused to provide written quote). Steve (from Empire's Boston office) arrived later that same day. He was early, dressed professionally, and extremely pleasant. He guided us through the carpet samples, explained the installation process, and provided us not only with a written quote, but also references, company information, and a very competitive price.
The other competitor's leadership team attempted to win our business by drastically reducing the previous (unwritten) quote. However, given Steve's presentation, ethics, and follow up, we chose Empire. The installation process was flawless, and we are thrilled with our purchase!
