On the recommendation of several family members, we called Empire to get a quote on installed carpeting. We spoke with Scott McDuffie - a sales representative for Empire who was professional and polite. Scott gave us a quote that was below the competition, and showed us carpet samples that were superior quality. The decision to choose Empire was simple: better price, superior quality, and knowledgeable, friendly sales staff to answer my questions.
I'm writing this review as the installers put in the carpet. We spoke to Scott yesterday, and the carpet is going in today - how's that for fast?!
Although there was a slight communication breakdown this morning with the installers (running approx 4hrs late) - I'm very satisfied with Empire's service, and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
