They mess up and I have to pay for it - 790.9421240D

I have a kenmore range less than 2yrs old, the baking element burned out. I've never seen anything like it.in my mind it would be just cause for a recall. Live elements burning in half, VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION! Anyway, after replacing the element I dicovered the control board was also deffective.By the time I added it all up, the parts were the same price as a 1yr service agrement. So after having to wait for a week and a half for an appointment, they didn't show up. I called before the time slot was up. I was given the excuse that I live in a gated community. I don't even live in a deed restricted community! They messed up. Then they said I didn't answer the phone. I have 2 numbers on file and my message on one of them is to call my cell with the number. After being on the phone for 2hrs I was told all they can do is reschedule. The first available appointment for them to try again, that works for my 8 1/2 month pregnant wife and I is in 2 weeks. You can guess what we will be doing in 2 weeks. So when it is all done and said I have to pay for pour quality product, service and a company that one hand (deparment / call center) won't or can't talk to the other. After outfitting two homes with kenmore products this might be it for me as a sears customer.
