The sheduling was perfect for next day for maintenance/cleaning the dishwasher that was not not cleaning well. The gentlemen came promptly, was pleasant and did his job for about 1.5 hour for the cost of $140. It seamed fine, the only thing that it did make any difference, the dishwasher is the same. I do understand that machine is not new, but... I called Sears next day for an advice and it says on the receipt 90 days warranty. It took a very long time, while the operator was asking the manager and then the repare man and finally I was disconnected. That was it, no one bothered to reach me and the case was closed. It is very upsetting and I wont use Sears for servises anymore, lackily there are options.
