Cash call is going to start arbitration proceedings without a court and jury. Does anyone know exactly what this means? I am retired and on social securtiy disability and i paid until january but in order to pay cash call i let my mortgage payments lapse and was being threatened to have my home repossessed so i let cash call lapse to pay my mortgage and not lose my home. I am 62 years old and i am looking for work but so far-no luck.
