In December we chose Lowe's to take care of installing carpet on our stairs and hallway. Lowe's gave the job to Brents flooring. When the installer had arrived, he was with his son who supposedly there to help. Although the carpeting looks very nice, we are now minus an iPad that was on a table near the bedroom door. I always know where that iPad is and now it is missing. I have no doubt that it was stollen from my home during the installation. I have contacted Lowe's several times to see how they were going to compensate me, but I have heard nothing. If I do not hear something soon, I will continue to take action in any way that I can to case you to lose business, including all the business that we would have given you in the future.
