We do alot of business with Lowe's. So when it came time to get new carpet, we visited our local Lowe's Home Improvement. It was installed, then we called out lowe's carpet people for restretching, then still lumpy, Lowe's people returned... Carpet pulled up and re-done... Our carpet is still lumpy and is an eye sore, when visitors come. We cannot trust Lowe's to guarantee their carpet or work.
