La fuente set me out with a lean for 5,000 dollars in order to get the loan. La fuente got me 9.9 interest for the next 30 years, my payments for a old house, built in1983, is 1.300 a month. I had paid in interest over 60.000 dollars. La fuete got 10,000 dollars commission as long with his partner loan officer got a big commision too. La Fuente is corructed agent who works for Remax.
