I listed my home through MLS Listing Hub www.mlslistinghub.com and wanted to share my experience. I paid $195 for a 6 month listing on the Realtor MLS. I was actually quite amazed by the personal attention I got. They did a CMA and got some really great marketing advice! Frankly, I think they don't charge enough. Long story short, I sold my home in THREE WEEKS and saved about 10K on broker commission. I will never again use a six percent agent. No Way. No How.instead I sugest doing what I did, hire a professional interior designer to help me stage my house, then hire an appraiser, then post your listing to the MLS using a FLAT FEE MLS SERVICE...
