I am a little confused to see any negative report on this comnpany. I recently sold my home and promised Tom Harmon that I would right about my experience.
I'll be brief.
I estimate that I saved over $20,000 on the sale of my $680,000 property using the Fidelity Flat Fee service. Around here in San Diego, the brokers still want 6% to sell a home. I did everythiong an agent could do and utilized the MLS through Fidelity's service. There system is near flawless and is VERY EASY TO USE. I could change any aspect of my listing at any time through a very Easy to use, but sophisticated on-line account. I could see that if you did not understand computers very well it might be a bit of a confusing thing. I can also see that if you are a novice home seller, you could get confused and run in to difficulties understanding everything.
If you understand from the get-go that You are doing your own sale and your own marketing, and that Fidelity is not acting as your agent, I think anyone would be very pleased.
They did post my listing on 100 web sites and provided me with a list detailed list of exactly what sites my property was featured on.
There service was excellent and it was a breeze for me anyways.
