Fidelity Flat Fee
LISTING - flat fee service

I listed my home with Fedelity because they advertise that they will list your home on about 50 web sites.

However... My home is only listed on about 4 web sites.

When I contacted fedelity about this... Their excuse was that they only list on the mls and that those web sites are "not in my mls area"

Well that is just a pile of garbage.

Those sites DO list homes in my area.

So I contacted some of those sites myself and come to find out... Most of them the realtor has to submit the listing themselves because they do not pull from the MLS.

So that would mean that in order for my home to show up on their site, the Realtor would have to do it personally.

And because Fedelty Flat fee has not and would NEVER take the time to list a home personally,

They never had any intention of listing my home on those sites that they advertise they will list on!!!

So that means that this company is falsely advertising and lying to customers just to get their money!!!

I want my money back!
