I posted my 11 acre property through MLS Listing Hub about 2 months ago. Since then I have sold my property with absolutle NO AGENTS involved. I saved nearly $50k in commissions!!! They posted my property on the MLS and gave me free advice from one of their 20-year brokers, and all for $200 bucks!!! Are you kidding me, why would anyone use a full service broker? My "good friend" (who's an agent) said I was wasting my time and that he would handle everything, but needed to be paid what he was worth... 6%??? Anyways, I just wanted to put in my two cents worth out there and suggest that other home/property sellers avoid "full service" real estate monopoly and USE THESE GUYS.
