Nasty employees. Look elsewhere, it's not worth it

I strongly recommend avoiding Bay Carpet. They sent a man named Chip to measure my apartment for carpeting who was so rude, aggressive and disrespectful that I was really surprised.

There are plenty of quality carpet companies that have good customer service and are easy to work with. Affordable, too. Bay Carpet is not one of them.
