Ice Maker module replacement. Kenmore
Outrageous and unjustified labor costs $200 in labor costs for less than 15 min of work (literally repair took less than 7 min); filed billing dispute was told it was denied, no reasoning provided. I don't know of any other service company that charges over $800 per hour.
Took over 5 days to secure appointment, rep was 2 hours late (past end of appt time) and then charged outrageous rate.
