My refrigerator stopped cooling on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I made the call and the Technician came out. The Technician charged us $200 in labor ; $79.52 for a part that Sears has on their own website that costs $58.91. We were told about the $69 cost to come out to our home but a labor cost of $137 for 15 minutes worth of work is unheard of. I am advising all of my family and friends to not use Sears and I am also filing a complaint and the Better Business Bureau of Pensacola. I am told that your repair men negotiate their own cost from the customer but what we were charged is outrageous. I will never use Sears again.
