I just had a service call for my riding mower. I was charged $220 labor... The entire appt took less than an hour! I called to complain and customer solutions said the labor charge is correct?!?!
I will now be going OUT OF MY WAY to avoid Sears, KMart AND Land's End. I've probably spent around $500/yr for each of 15 yrs as a homeowner. New yearly estimate going forward: ZERO. Nada. ZILCH.
Don't think I mean it? I haven't been to Home Depot in a decade. Lowe's treats me right.
