Improved for their Very Star Plan which ensures me when they do not market the timeshare in six months, they'll purchase it from me at market prices.in the 6-month tag, they stated I'd to hold back 30 days (7 weeks) to really demand they purchase it.in the 7 month tag they needed me to deliver them a demand written down, via USPS mail. 6 months later, they delivered me a Survey to complete and fax-back and mentioned it'd be 6 more months in order for them to decide market-value and obtain back again to me. (It just required a couple of days to determine market-value once they offered me with this support this past year). 4 weeks later, I required standing plus they claim they never obtained my fax! I sent it again and named to verify they've it, plus they stated it'll be 6-8 months before they return to me. Required to talk to a - she set me on-hold after which returned and stated the boss decided together with her, is hectic, and wouldn't talk to me. I expected for another person to advance to, or an operator - she explained these were all-too busy. I'm a paying client, calling their Customer-Service point and that I are having issues using the support obtained. No vendor is actually too busy to keep in touch with an unhappy client until they're promoting a deceptive support. Although I delay 2 months to get a reaction, I'll be seeking appropriate motion and searching for the dog owneris office and residence address.
