I requested same and was requested basically desired to update to at "Durable" container for $4.99 and so I did decided to this. After 7 I eventually hung-up... Never rec'd any verification from their store, but three months later I obtained TWO PURCHASES (two each purchase). AND, they charged me $19.98 for every purchase as well as the $4.99 for that "update". After I named "Client No Support" the woman mentioned I'd purchase two purchases plus they do not promote the $14.99. She stated I really could deliver the identical purchase back and they'll return within 7-10 business days.
