I purchased a pleasant footwear to get a wedding from Shoebuy. I requested them early but didn't attempt them on before I required them. I expected to come back them after I discovered these were also big. They explained by mail that it had been too late whilst the return policy stated. I delivered another mail asking this because it was no more than the next day compared to plan stated. Finally I obtained "unique therapy" to come back them. After weeks I sent again to discover the standing of my refund. They explained they'd ro report of these being returned. I sent them the delivery time and also the area I delivered them to that they had informed me. Itis been months and that I haven't experienced any contact from them. They sure are fast to market you anything however the customer support is not responsive. I believe they are doing it this way also decrease providing a return.
