Customer Support is non-existent. I've had a person life-insurance plan with TransAmerica since 2002.in May I requested reinstatement. TransAmerica delivered a paramedic who conducted an examination including EKG and body/urinalysis screening.
By letter dated August 30, TransAmerica advised me that my reinstatement was refused. They connected a "Your To Understand" which stated that I've "the best to determine and acquire copies of files associated with this choice". I had been directed to publish a written demand within 3 months. "we shall react to you within 21 business days in the day of delivery of one's written demand", it said.
By call to TransAmerica client no-support on September 13, I questioned if a contact request might suffice, and was informed "yes". I had been provided a contact address to publish my demand, that we did on September 13.
After having received no response, I named TransAmerica client no-support on October 25, and talked with Bonnie. She stated my mail request hadn't been obtained. That evening I resubmitted the demand, which period required a return delivery. On October 28, I obtained such bill stating that my concept have been read.
After two more weeks of not getting any paperwork, on December 30, I named TransAmerica client no-support again. This time around I spoke to John who stated I ought to have obtained a contact reply. I rechecked my mail, and at his recommendation my junk folder. Nothing. He explained they'll send the files, but I'm suspicious.
Truth Is, it's been 15 months since my first request, and 10 months since my next request, with no files.
Our doctor says I'm balanced. TransAmerica says I'm not. I would like to buy alternative life insurance as well as long haul care insurance. Our agent claims insurance providers won't actually speak with me with no explanation of why I had been refused WHICH TRANSAMERICA WON'T SUPPLY!!!
